Elizabeth and Phil had a faith and family-centered wedding at Hôtel Suites Lac-Brome (ceremony at Granby United Church) and it was amahzing! I find everything about these two ridiculously sweet, especially their story and that they’ve already been together for 10 years! I am in love with the venue that they chose particularly because there was a dock that we went out to to take photos, and if you don’t know I am a Caribbean girl who was raised in Miami beach so me and the water are bff’s:). You’ll see that I was a bit obsessive with the amount of photos that went on there. Elizabeth and Phil thanks for being so patient with me, hehehe!
I asked Elizabeth to tell me a bit about their love story and here is what she said:
On how they met… We met on a high school trip to Florida when we were 16 and started dating almost right away. We went to prom together. Have been inseparable ever since. Phil proposed on our 10 year anniversary <3
On the “spark” that set off their love story… We have just been a perfect match since day one, see above in how we met.
On how Phil popped the question…In our house on our 10 year anniversary, it was a work day. He put on a suit and had roses. He had gone to see me parents individually before to ask permission. I balled my eyes out and could barely say yes through the tears… theres a video LOL.
Cute right!?! Yes I know. Oh, and while I’m here, I’d like to take a minute to thank Elizabeth and Phil for choosing me to document such a beautiful day. You two encompass everything I love about my work and everything I want in my clients!
I also want to thank Elizabeth and Phil’s friends and family. Thank you for being so kind to the photographers:) I had the best time getting to know you all.
Lots of love! Cass:)
