Hi loves:) Get ready for an ultra sweet and relaxed engagement session at Pointe Claire Village! Nat and Mat (yes, their names rhyme, I told you this was gonna be sweet!!) decided to do their engagement session at Pointe Claire Village because it is where they said their first I love yous, one rainy night, about 5 years ago.
They started their session at the house where Mat used to live and then we walked along the St. Lawrence River, took a stroll in the village, where they stopped for kisses at Crèmerie Wild Willy’s (a Pointe Claire Village landmark), and then finally ended their session in a perfect-looking neighborhood that was lined with beautiful trees .
My favorite part of doing their engagement session at Pointe Claire Village were all of the colors, especially the way the greys in the rocks, water, and sky turned out. I also love how soft and blurry the backgrounds are in those images.
For those of you who are wondering, these photos were taken in early November. It was cold but what’s really nice is that all the trees still had leaves and best of all, they were still very colorful! I was definitely worried about doing an engagement session in November but it turned out really well, so I’m really happy.
Actually, I think the fact that it was the colder part of Fall kinda helped our pictures out. It made Mat and Nat be all cozy with each other in a way that looks really cute and natural because they were actually cold. Well, now that I think about it, I’m not sure if they were both cold. I think Nat was cold and it was basically Mat’s job to give her some of his body heat, lol. Alright, that’s my take on things. Enjoy this beautiful couple’s engagement photos. I’m so excited about their wedding!! xx, Cass:)
