Hi beauties:) Engagement sessions are wonderful, but can quickly become complicated. What to wear, hair, makeup, the location…can all become a lot very quickly. So I’ve appreiciated how most of my couples this season have opted out of big affairs and have chosen to focus on the little lovely moments between them. Erin and Simon’s wintery (is that a word, hehehe) exemplifies this perfectly, although I’m sure you’ll notice Erin’s amazing ombre hair, and impeccably styled winter outfit, lol.
We met a couple weekends ago at the Quartier des Spectacles and I just followed them around as they made jokes and walked around the downtown area. They are such a genuine couple and obviously really good friends, which is an amazing foundation to a great marriage. It was a treat to capture all the little moments between them.
I’ve just been so in love with all the colors of my engagement sessions and this one is no exception. The winter really brings out the crispness and blues in everything. Anyways, now that’s just me geeking out. Let’s get back to Erin and Simon…
